Brief

Guantao Hong Kong Office was established in December 2008. After three years association with Peter C. Wong, Chow & Chow (“PCWCC”) and approved by the Law Society of Hong Kong, Guantao Hong Kong Office was localized as a Hong Kong solicitor’s firm with effect on 1 February 2016 under the name of Guantao & Chow Solicitors and Notaries with the capability to provide both Hong Kong law and Chinese law advice. With effective on 1 April 2024, Guantao Hong Kong Office entered into an association with Gallant (https://www.gallantho.com/). Mr. Philip Wong, managing partner of Gallant, joins Guantao Hong Kong as a consultant.

We currently have six partners Ms. Grace Pengpeng Yan, Ms. Clara C.Y. Ngo, Mr. George K.H. Lee, Mr. Lam Sek Kong, Mr. Kenneth Y.F. Keung and Mr. Barry J. Yen and six consultants Mr. Anthony W.K. Chow, Ms. Anna S.H. Chow, Mr. Jackson K.B. Woo, Mr. Alfred C. K. Chan, Mr. Philip Wong and Mr. Albert G.M. Lam. Mr. Chow, founding partner of PCWCC, former chairman of the Hong Kong Jockey Club and former chairman of the Law Society of Hong Kong, serves as Guantao global chairman and Ms. Yan as the managing partner of Guantao & Chow.
