Guantao set up a Carbon Neutrality and Environmental Policy Research Center in 2022, aiming to study the latest legal developments and judicial practices in the areas of carbon neutrality, peak carbon dioxide emissions, environmental protection, and ESG. Members are over 40 partners and associates, working from 18 Guantao offices including Beijing, Xi 'an and Shanghai. Some of them are qualified to practice in PRC and other jurisdictions, empowering our clients and working partners to enjoy their deep insights and solid experience based on the up-to-date ESG structural and regulatory changes in markets globally.
