For many years, we have acted in the mining investment and financing transactions for a large number of Chinese and foreign companies, from mine owners, explorers, developers to purchasers, sellers, investors and banks, across a range of minerals and metals, including coal, cooper, rutile, strongtium, tantalum niobium concentrate, magnetite, platinum, palladium, aluminum, and gold.
Our end-to-end experience means we are equipped to work with regulators, policymakers and government authorities (e.g. PRC Ministry of Natural Resources, National Development and Reform Commission, and Ministry of Commerce), empowering us to deliver the up-to-the-minute advice and optimal solutions based on our deep insight into the policy and regulations to maximize our clients’ needs and benefits. We used to serve as retained legal advisor to the PRC Ministry of Natural Resources, National Mine Safety Administration, and other government bodies.
