On 10 November 2017, Kidsland International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2122.HK) was successfully listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Kidsland International Holdings Limited offered a total of 200,000,000 shares, the final offer price is HKD 1.55 per share. The net proceeds from the global offering is proximately HKD 280.9 million.
Kidsland International Holdings Limited is principally engaged in the retail and wholesale of mainly toys and infant products in the PRC and is engaged in the retail sales of toys in Hong Kong. The brand portfolio consists of 26 international brands, including LEGO, Silverlit, Chicco, Siku, Schleich and Aprica. Most of them the company has exclusivity to sell. The Company is the largest toy retailer in terms of retail sales value in FY2016 in the PRC. So the Company’s business operation mainly is based in mainland PRC with many PRC entities and employees. The PRC legal issues include reorganization, overseas investment, foreign exchange registration, licensing, distribution agreement, foreign invested commercial enterprise, etc.
