Di Huan is a partner in the Financial Services Department at Guantao Law Firm, and serves as the Deputy Director of the Private Equity and Investment Fund Committee. Prior to joining Guantao, Ms. Di successively served as a lawyer at Beijing Global Law Office, and acted as the General Counsel for a well-known PE institution and a VC institution.

Ms. Di has over sixteen years of legal practice experience. Leveraging her unique experience as a former Chief Compliance Officer at an early-stage private fund manager, she possesses in-depth knowledge of the entire lifecycle of private funds, including fundraising, investment, management, and exit.

In the area of private fund fundraising, Ms. Di is proficient in the establishment of various types of funds and has represented dozens of renowned institutions in completing fund fundraising with a cumulative scale exceeding tens of billions of RMB. In the field of investment and financing, she has spearheaded over 100 project investments for clients, spanning frontier sectors such as semiconductors, biomedicine, and advanced manufacturing.Ms. Di has also provided legal services to multiple government guidance funds regarding due diligence and performance evaluation of participating sub-funds, actively participating in fund selection and post-investment management assessment.

Ms. Di has long-term legal service experience in the field of antitrust. She has assisted numerous domestic and foreign enterprises in handling antitrust merger filings, covering the entire process from preliminary assessment and filing strategy formulation to final approval. In addition, she has provided antitrust compliance consulting and advice to several well-known state-owned enterprises (SOEs), assisting them in establishing and improving internal compliance systems to effectively identify and prevent competition law risks in business operations.
