He has assisted famous PRC football club in several milestone sports law arbitrations before FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber and Court of Arbitration for Sport. Attorney LU has also cooperated with lawyers from different jurisdictions in the overall and specific strategies for several serial cross[1]border cases. In addition, Attorney LU has also handled a series of cases involving company control disputes and disputes over liability for damages to company interests, for several overseas listed companies or well-known funds. Work Experiences
Attorney LU Xingwei serves as an evaluater expert for the national high-level talent cultivation program in export controls, and has participated in the Major National Social Science Fund Project. He is currently a practice supervisor for the export control master's programs at four pilot universities—the University of International Business and Economics, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Shenzhen University, and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies—as well as a practice supervisor in export controls at Shanghai Customs College.
Attorney LU Xingwei is a member of the China Democratic League and a member of the International Law Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. Attorney LU first joined Guantao Law Firm in 2012 and returned to Guantao in 2019. He previously worked at King & Wood. Attorney LU's working languages are Chinese and English.
