Qu Jianyun is the Deputy Director and a Senior Partner at Guantao Law Firm Wenzhou Office. He earned his bachelor’s degree from China University of Political Science and Law. Qu has been recognized as one of Wenzhou's Top Ten Lawyers in its sixth selection and has served as a delegate in the 13th and 14th Wenzhou Municipal People's Congresses, as well as a member of the Urban Construction and Environmental Protection Committees during the same terms. Additionally, he is a member of the Zhejiang Provincial Bar Association’s Finance and Insurance Committee and the Securities and Capital Markets Committee, as well as a member of the Wenzhou Lawyers Association’s Committee on Participatory Politics and Policy Deliberation.
