Lawyer Zhan graduated from Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in law. She passed the civil service examination in 2010 and hold a post in procuratorial system, during the tenure of which she obtained the master's degree in public administration from Zhejiang Normal University. Meanwhile she coped with more than 600 criminal cases. She has won many honorary titles such as Wenzhou Outstanding Prosecutor, Wenzhou Outstanding Public Prosecutor, Wenzhou Procuratorate Business Leader, Zhejiang Province and Wenzhou City Unprosecuted Business Expert. Her legal professional articles have been published in national and provincial publications for many times. In 2017, she resigned from public service and joined the law firm, and since her practice she has been mainly engaged in civil and commercial dispute resolution, tax-related business (tax consulting, corporate tax compliance and optimization, tax-related inspection and reconsideration, litigation), criminal defense, etc. Lawyer Zhan is familiar with the tax risks and criminal risks of the whole life cycle of enterprises, with expertise in the comprehensive application of civil and commercial law, criminal law and tax law, so as to provide effective preventive measures and help the long-term development of corporate compliance.
