Classic case

1.As an acting lawyer, he has filed more than 20 trademark infringement claims for the building materials brand of French owned enterprise Degao in Wenzhou and won all of them.

2.As an acting lawyer, he has filed more than 30 trademark infringement claims for the shoe material brand of Taiwan owned enterprise Jianhua Technology nationwide and won all of them.

3.He acted as a lawyer representing multiple KTVs in the Fuzhou area and participated in the copyright infringement case of Xiamen Ruifeng Shengchuan Company's music and audio-visual products. In the end, Xiamen Ruifeng Shengchuan Company was dismissed from the lawsuit, and KTVs won the lawsuit.

4.He acted as a lawyer and filed trademark infringement claims for China's well-known trademark Bull against multiple Wenzhou infringing enterprises, all of which were successful in the lawsuit.

5.In the trademark infringement dispute case filed by Feile Company, which was accepted by the Court in Fujian, he acted as an agent lawyer for multiple shoe companies in Wenzhou and won the lawsuit. Later, Feile Company withdrew the lawsuit.

6.He acted as a lawyer representing a certain writer in a copyright infringement dispute case against WENZHOU DAILY MEDIA GROUP, WENZHOU DAILY MEDIA GROUP Co., Ltd., and Wenzhou Gongxin Network Media Co.,Ltd., and won the lawsuit.

7.As a criminal defense lawyer, he provided criminal defense services during the second trial stage of Mr. Jin suspected crime of commercial espionage case and achieved positive results.

8.As a criminal defense lawyer, he provided criminal defense services for the first trial stage of the case of Mr. Ye suspected crime of infringing on registered trademarks, and ultimately Mr. Ye was sentenced to probation.

9.As a lawyer, he has handled multiple intellectual property cases that have been promoted as typical cases of intellectual property day by the Lucheng District People's Court, Ouhai District People's Court, and Wenzhou Intermediate People's Court in Wenzhou.
