Mr. Meng has been practicing trade remedy cases for many years. As a leading lawyer and accountant in the trade team, he has represented clients in more than 50 anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard investigations initiated by the U.S., the European Commission, Canada, India, Turkey, South Africa, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, and Peru, etc. These cases cover original investigation, re-investigation, administrative review, new shipper review and sun-set review, etc. Mr. Meng has many successful experiences in representation of Chinese companies in AD&CVD investigations initiated by Canada, New Zealand and South Africa, in which he successfully assisted the client in obtaining zero dumping rate and/or subsidy rate.
