Jessie Pan graduated from the Law School, East China University of Political Science and Law, and Fox School of Business & Management at Temple University. She is an expert at overseas investment, U.S. corporate and tax policies and exit-entry administration law, etc. with more than 20 years of experience in work concerning law, finance and management in China and the U.S.

Lawyer Jessie Pan mainly provides clients with consultation services on overseas investment, establishment of company and tax affairs and formulates relevant implementation schemes, besides, she provides overseas clients with legal advice on investment in China. Since 2011, in cooperation with the US-China CEO Association (U.S.), she has held the annual “Business and Leadership Conference” for several sessions and organized visits and exchange activities in the U.S. for Chinese entrepreneurs.
