Brief

Mr. Zhang once served as the director of legal department of Sinopharm Group Co., Ltd and the arbitrator of Shanghai Minhang District Labor Tribunal.

Since 1999, he has provided legal counsel service to China International Intellectech Co., Ltd and other large companies till now.

Mr. Zhang has rich practical experiences in the fields of Labor Law, Company Law and Contract Law.

He is mainly engaged in the relevant legal services of human resources, which involve the handling of labor dispute cases, collective negotiation and bargaining, layoff, design and improvement of enterprise rules and regulations, compliance planning of salary structure and employment mode, personnel placement in capital operation such as the merger and reorganization.

Main Achievements

• Negotiation on the transfer and demolition of A1 Area of ‘Shanghai Disney Project’;

• Negotiating cooperation and dealing follow-up arbitration case of ‘2011 Shanghai International Carnival’Project;

• Asset disposal of Ansett Australia bankrupt case in Shanghai;

• Handling the dispute over competition restrictions between Duo Yun Xuan and Rong Bao Zhai;

• In charge of collective negotiation for several enterprises, as Shanghai City Entertainment Group Company Ltd, Kellogg‘s and etc.
