Professional Experience

Mr. Zhang has provided legal service for clients in dispute resolution, intellectual property and Corporate/M&A areas, especially having extensive experience in the industries of TMT, entertainment, real estate, and rail transportation.

Mr. Zhang has represented numerous clients in hundreds of complex litigation and arbitration cases, and been engaged in a series of investment and Corporate M&A projects. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhang has served as legal counsel for several listed enterprises, multinational companies, and state-owned enterprises and institutions.

Mr. Zhang is one of the members of Commercial and Corporate Law Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.

Mr. Zhang was graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with Bachelor of Law, and University of Munich with Master of Law.

Achievement

• Mr. Zhang regularly represents various clients, such as RT-MART, Century Publishing Group, Element Fresh, YOOZOO, GANSO, VIPABC, Wacker, and Bund de Rockefeller Group, in a series of litigation and arbitration cases.
