• Main practice areas include corporate general business (incorporation and alteration, equity transfer, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and liquidations services), capital market and commercial litigations. Deal with the client s’ daily legal affairs and provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents. Provide dispute resolution (including but not limited to litigation and arbitration) services for cases include various types of civil and commercial contract disputes, corporate disputes, ownership dispute cases, etc.

• Work as legal counsel for many companies, handle daily corporate legal affairs, provide legal consultation opinions, review and draft all kinds of legal documents.

Provided legal service for Stepan Company (U.S. listed company), C&A (China) Commercial Co., Ltd., IBM China Company Limited., Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO), THE PEOPLE'S BANK OF CHINA, SHANGHAI BRANCH, RICHEMONT ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED, THE BLACKSTONE GROUP (HK) HOLDINGS LIMITED and China Resources Gas Group Limited.
