Real Estate
• A joint stock cooperative company in a village in Shenzhen on a 320000 square meters urban renewal project, including selecting and appointing early-stage service providers for the approval and initiation of project and selecting and appointing cooperative developers through a collective asset trading platform.
• A joint stock cooperative company in a village in Shenzhen on a project involving 11,000 sqaure meters of land returned to its original owner for construction, including selecting and appointing developers through a collective asset trading platform.
• A joint stock cooperative company in a village in Shenzhen on a project in relation to 20,000 square meters of land returned to its original owner for construction, including selecting and appointing developers through a collective asset trading platform.
• Provided specific legal service for a land and real estate transfer project in Shenzhen, with the transaction value of more than RMB 100 million.
• Ping An Securities Ltd. on investment in Gemdale (kunming), with the transaction value of more than RMB 1.5 billion.
• Huizhou Silong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd on investment in Huizhou Guangyao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
• Penghua Asset Management Co., Ltd. on investment in Dabaihui Real Estate Group Limited.
• China Merchants Kunlun Capital Co., Ltd. on several real estate financing projects in China.
• Advised and analyzed a manufacturing enterprise on its real estate ownership disputes (the disputed area over 10,000 square meters).
Dispute Resolution
• The PRC Supreme Court retried the case which involved an amount of RMB 100 million. It was about a real estate financing guarantee dispute and the lawsuit was brought by Centergate Securities Co., Ltd. against Jinfeng Company and Zhuhai Hengye Real Estate Company. Mr.Cai challenged the judgment and won the case on behalf of Zhuhai Hengye Real Estate in the retrial before the Supreme Court.
• A dispute arbitrated by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, involving an amount of RMB 600 million. It was about a share repurchase dispute between a fund company and other parties including a media company. Mr. Cai, representing the respondent, with unremitting efforts, led to the reconciliation of the dispute during the process of enforcement. He also advised the respondent on equity financing, helping the respondent raise more than RMB 600 million.
