• Sinopec Guande Holdings Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00934) on the acquisition of Five Terminals Co., owned by China Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

• SOEs on the acquisition of many photovoltaic power generation projects and wind power projects.

• East China Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd of China Power Engineering Consulting Group on several EPC projects, providing legal services throughout the projects including but not limited to project biding/contract review/payment review/engineering settlement/on-site legal service/legal training.
