Mr. Xin Changzhou is a senior partner and executive director of Guantao Law Firm Nanjing Office. He was awarded with a bachelor’s degree in medicine and an in-service postgraduate degree in law. Mr. Xin Changzhou worked with a tertiary hospital for many years with the title of attending physician. In April 2020, he worked with Guantao Law Firm Nanjing Office, and has a wealth of experience in handling with traditional civil, company business and contractual disputes, particularly in the field of construction and real estate. And his research in these fields have been published in provincial journals. Mr. Xin Changzhou started practicing at Jiangsu Suyuan Law Firm in 2011 as a senior partner. In April 2020, he transferred to Guantao Law Firm Nanjing Office and provided legal counsel for many real estate enterprises and construction enterprises, such as Xiaguan Chengkai Group, Jiafu Real Estate, Jiangsu Zhongjun Construction, Shenghe Construction, Hengfei Construction, etc. He has successfully represented a number of influential civil cases, such as the liquidation case of China Jiangsu International Group, the explosion case of Jiangnan Environmental Protection Zibo Jiazhou, the equity transfer case of Jiahong Tongchuang, etc., all of which have received wide acclaim from clients.
